Born out of the pandemic with a love of cooking and a flare for bar-tending Country Cottage Gourmet was established in 2020. After moving from San Antonio to Rockport, Texas Country Cottage Gourmet assumed doing business as Coastal Cottage Gourmet.

All of our products and services are customized to the client's taste and desired experience. The items list in this site are representative of our most common requested, but not inclusive of our full line. Our flavors and recipes are proprietary and hand crafted from years of experience in mixology.

Kari L. Dean, PhD holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and is a Navy Veteran. Employing her knowledge of business and her passion for cooking and gathering have culminated into this small cottage food business. "It is my heartfelt wish that people enjoy my creations. We use premium ingredients

A steak is not a steak just because it comes from a cow. Only 2% of beef is considered 'Prime'. For this reason we use only the best premium ingredients in our creations to allow you to savor the flavor of the best our kitchen can offer. We consider our food 'Prime' because we don't scrimp on quality and neither do the companies we use.
