Our preserves are precision-tested for optimal acidity and stability before they ever reach your table. Each batch is carefully tested for safe pH levels and documented to ensure proper acidity and shelf stability. We record production dates, batch sizes, source batch numbers and jar counts to maintain full traceability and quality control.
