Legal Disclaimer – The Art of Flavor Experience

The Art of Flavor is a curated culinary and spirits tasting experience hosted by Coastal Cottage Gourmet. Participation in this event constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Age Requirement & Identification

All participants must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of the event.

Valid, government-issued photo identification is required for every participant, without exception. Acceptable forms of identification include:

• State-issued driver’s license

• State-issued identification card

• Military identification

• Valid passport

Identification will be verified prior to participation. Any individual who is unable to present valid identification confirming they are at least 21 years of age will not be permitted to participate in the tasting experience.

No refunds will be issued to individuals who fail to meet the minimum age requirement or who are unable to provide proper identification at the time of the event.

Compliance with Texas Alcohol Laws

Coastal Cottage Gourmet is committed to full compliance with all applicable Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations and Texas state alcohol service laws.

All alcohol served during The Art of Flavor experience is provided under the appropriate event liquor licensing and legal authority required by the State of Texas. Service is conducted responsibly and in accordance with Texas alcohol and beverage requirements.

Coastal Cottage Gourmet reserves the right to:

• Refuse service to any participant who appears intoxicated

• Remove any participant engaging in unsafe or inappropriate behavior

• Terminate alcohol service in compliance with state regulations

The safety, legality, and integrity of each experience is paramount.

Assumption of Risk & Responsible Participation

By attending The Art of Flavor, participants acknowledge that alcohol consumption carries inherent risks. Guests agree to consume responsibly and arrange appropriate transportation if needed.

Coastal Cottage Gourmet is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the misuse of alcohol or failure to follow responsible consumption practices.

No Refund Policy for Non-Compliance

Failure to meet age requirements, refusal to present valid identification, or removal from the event due to non-compliance with Texas alcohol regulations does not qualify for a refund.

All ticket purchases and deposits are subject to Coastal Cottage Gourmet’s published payment and refund policies.

Right to Modify

Coastal Cottage Gourmet reserves the right to modify event structure, spirit selections, or service protocols to remain compliant with Texas law and to maintain guest safety.
