This specially crafted cake was designed in honor of our dear friend Rocky's 59th birthday. Smoked dark chocolate cake filled with our black cherry bourbon jam and vanilla bourbon whipped cream, topped with a black cherry bourbon butter meringue frosting. This is a perfectly balanced cake that is not too sweet and not too tart. It was such a hit, we've added it to the menu.
